1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: High-demand items like our Cordless Table Lamps or Vacuum Preservation Machines may occasionally require an additional day for quality inspection before dispatch.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer shipping throughout the United States from our location in Texas.

3. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some of our larger electronic items (such as vehicle vacuum cleaners) may require a physical address for secure delivery and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes depending on the carrier.
5. Damaged Items
hovasta.com ensures all electronics are securely packaged. If you receive an order that is damaged in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at info@hovasta.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
